Minimum Qualifications:

High school graduate or the equivalent with a minimum of one year call center experience required.

Two years of telecommunications, hospital, clerical/reception or customer service preferred.

Basic computer skills required, e-DH experience preferred.

Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team required.

Excellent organization, initiative, problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrated proficiency in call center operations and telephone systems.
