Various full-time, part-time and per diem shifts and schedules available.

 

Join our team with or without prior experience, we have training classes to help you build the career that you want!

Make a difference in our patient’s experience by serving as the primary point of contact for our physician offices in the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Southern New Hampshire Region.
Coordinate an exceptional telephonic customer experience to between 70 and 100 calls per day.
Requests for services come from patients, providers and other callers, as it relates to scheduling and general patient inquiries.

Your compassion and expertise combined with our support and training can lead to “Immediate Advancement Opportunities” after only six months of employment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED with general experience working in an administrative support role in a healthcare environment and/or experience in communications required.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team required.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Exhibits high proficiency with computers, MS Office.
• Demonstrates proficiency in call center telephone systems.
• Problem solving ability and demonstrated initiative and responsibility required.
