This position will sit in Bedford, NH and support the Concord, Manchester and Nashua locations (and include travel to Lebanon as needed).
 
 
Provides administrative and project support with a focus on communications, marketing, and external relations. Works under limited supervision.
 
Responsibilities:
  1. Assists in the development and production of promotional and health education materials such as brochures, newsletters, posters, and flyers.
  2. Maintains inventory of brochures, collateral, and other branded promotional items and distributes materials to appropriate locations.
  3. Coordinates patient and referring provider mailings.
  4. Updates directories and signage to include specialty directories, elevator directories, directional signage, departmental lists, etc.
  5. Supports the preparation and coordination of community and sponsorship events and of collateral associated with those events including, but not limited to the healthy living series, newborn education classes, and other events for Community Group Practices employees.
  6. Assists with logistics and on-site set up for presentations, including the scheduling of presentations for department leadership.
  7. Serves as the point of contact for external organizations, schools and other community groups at which D-H leadership is making presentations and holding events. Helps develop scripts for on-hold messaging and content for digital signage throughout D-H Health.
  8. Facilitates projects between C&M and vendors by working with the department's creative team and outside vendors, such as advertising agencies, graphic designers, and photographers, as assigned.
  9. Drafts correspondence and other communications/reports, handles departmental mail, maintains office supply inventory, schedules meetings and travel, and maintains the director’s calendar.
  10. Coordinates invoicing and purchase order requests for department.
  11. Performs other duties as required or assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with three years of experience in marketing or business communications, or the equivalent in education and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, creative, proactive, and a proficient multitasker
  • Works well with minimal supervision while able to meet tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Willing to work evenings and weekend events
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual abilities preferred
  • Content writing experience preferred
