Minimum Qualifications:


  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.

  • Eight (8) years of successful project management experience or equivalent.

  • Five (5) years of relevant healthcare industry experience. 

  • Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to define and analyze complex, cross-functional challenges and opportunities in partnership with operational owners and project leaders.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making and leadership skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Demonstrated time management skills.

  • Experience with successfully managing complex teams; including seasoned negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

  • Knowledge of budgeting/financial analysis (e.g., estimating, tracking, forecasting, issue identification).

  • Demonstrated experience utilizing and leveraging project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) in the achievement of project management goals.


Required Licensure/Certification Skills:


  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
