Minimum Qualifications:

ü  Associates degree with 3 years of project/program management or the equivalent in related work experience required.

ü  Bachelor’s degree preferred.

ü  Must obtain Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s (D-H) Yellowbelt Certification within 1 year of hire.

ü  Experience in the concepts and applications of quality improvement and systems thinking required. 

ü  Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.   

ü  Must possess a high level of computer literacy and demonstrated knowledge and expertise in using tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio (flow charting), and project management software such as MS Project.
