Provides coordination for learning and leadership development projects and programs. Manages administrative tasks such as program enrollment, logistics, communications, and educational material production for learning and leadership development functions and programs in the department of Organizational and Employee Development. This role serves as the primary contact for leadership development program related activity as well as technical and administrative support for program operations. 



1.    Coordinates all program related logistics including: arranging conference space, catering and A/V resources.

2.    Manages all project management related tasks, such as creating agendas, taking minutes, scheduling meetings, and creating and updating Gantt charts for various work streams.

3.    Tracks and maintains all program and training materials for learning and leadership development programs.

4.    Utilizes and maintains learning technology tools and platforms used in the delivery of learning.

5.    Assists with the evaluation of learning and training programs.

6.    Compiles and analyzes data for inclusion in reports, presentations and other communications.

7.    Handles all accreditation paperwork for OED programs.

8.    Develops and coordinates marketing and communication materials for learning and leadership development offerings.

9.    Provides program design development support for facilitators and faculty as needed.

10. Serves as the primary contact for program participants.

11. Maintains and manages department intranet.

12. Performs other duties as assigned.




Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years’ experience in an administrative/office setting, or the equivalent in education and experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required; Access preferred
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems or E-learning software preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to meets deadlines in a high pressure environment.
  • A self-starter, recognizing work to be done prior to being asked.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs.
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism and maintain high degree of confidentiality required.
