Minimum Qualifications:

ü  High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of experience working in a call center and/or healthcare environment required.

ü  Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team required.

ü  Excellent organization and attention to detail.

ü  Exhibits high proficiency with computers, MS Office.

ü  Demonstrates proficiency in call center telephone systems.

ü  Problem solving ability and demonstrated initiative and responsibility required.
