 Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in behavioral/clinical sciences or leadership.
  • 3 years of experience in volunteer or administrative work in a hospital setting, or the equivalent in education and experience required.
  • Advanced interpersonal and written communication skills in both formal and informal environments required.
  • Leadership experience, familiarity with the local community strongly preferred.
  • Certification with the American Hospital Association as a Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services preferred, if not possessing certificate upon hire will be required to pursue.
