Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration with 5-10 years of direct leadership experience in Human Resources.   
  • Experienced in leading large-scale strategic transformational programs collaborating with senior business leaders across multiple business units. 
  • Strong business acumen; understanding of key industry and business trends (e.g., organizational functions, regulatory, legal, economic conditions).
  • Experience developing and utilizing metrics to inform business decisions is required. 
  • Excellent executive presentation skills, able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and able to respectfully question and/or challenge others to think through problems, improvement opportunities, solutions, and plans.
